I am a retired postal worker and Army veteran. I been working on my weight for more years than I want to think about, since I was labeled a chubby child back in grade school. I have stayed pretty stable at 250 for years, but my arthritis is making that weight more than my body can handle. Convincing my body to release some of those pounds has been as hard as convincing me to stop accumulating stuff. My house is as full as my body. Both are works in process.
