The Struggle is Real
I've gained weight and I just keep fluctuating up and down 5 lbs or so. Seems like recently I've had to take a lot of photos and I don't like the way I look. So action is required. I have embarked on eating differently. Right now I am trying to see if I can control myself. Not so much the portion control etc... but to say to myself you can do without this, you can control your choices. So since Feb. 8 - I've embarked on 'Mission Control'. Let's see how long I can keep the streak going.
