Positive Changes
I'm here for help with motivation and connecting with family also committed to making changes. I don't really need to lose weight (maybe 5-10 pounds), but need to lose fat, gain muscle and preserve/rebuild bone mass. I've been very good at exercise and fitness in the past, but have fallen off the wagon and stayed off for way too long.

Aerobics on Ellipse, stationary bike, Nordic Track, Wii Fit.
Strength training on stability ball.
Walking.
