Hi, friends! My name is Tammy, I am a long time SP member, but take breaks from time to time. Well guess what! I'M BAAAAACK!

I am very good at eating healthy...80% of the time. My nutrition goal is to increase this to 90%.

I am very good at working out. But I struggle to maintain a program consistently for longer than 3 weeks! My goal is to make it through four weeks IN A ROW before the end of this year.

My overall goal right now is to create more consistency in my Fitness and Nutrition. So CHEERS to joining me on this journey!!

My Goals:
Build CONSISTENCY


My Program:
Fitness 4-6 days/week. Currently doing a program that combines lifting and hiit exercises.
Nutritional supplements in form of shake.
Although I don't count calories, I do portion control which generally comes to 1200-1500 calories/day.
Water - Min 8 cups/day



Personal Information:
I am a longtime fitness follower! I love using SP to help me in logging my foods, particularly when counting my macros. I now participate in an online fitness program, along with watching my diet. This has sealed the deal for me, and I feel better than I have in a very long time!


Other Information:
I love switching up my fitness programs, and testing out a variety of workouts from a collection of different programs. Variety IS the spice of life! I use online workouts that I can do in the comfort of my own home, and at whatever time works for my schedule on any given day!

I participate in an accountability groups, filled with women who have similar goals, where we motivate each other to constantly do good things for our mind, body, and spirit!
