    I know this is a bit late, but thank you for taking the time to read and comment on my blog, "Grains = Carbs = Glucose = A Vicious Cycle for Diabetics"! I really appreciate that you spent the time to not only read it, but to comment as well :)

    I agree that we need to take our health into our own hands, and not depend on doctors to fix us. We each need to be proactive and do our own research. With the advent of the internet we can do that now.

    It's great to hear that you're doing well with low-carb. The more I'm learning, the more I'm realizing just how bad the SAD is for us. It's awful that our government is pushing this as a healthy way to live when we can see all around that it's not working.

    Thank you for sharing that link. It is a very emotional story. Watched it like 6 times. And I still have tears in my eyes. I hope the people in your life appreciate how special you must be Chels!!! And obviously you come from good stock. You mom has a job that I am envious of if she made that happen. Trailer says opening in select theaters 6/26 and I will be sure to see it.
