I am a weight loss journey and have started here 5 yrs , I took some time off but I am ready to battle this weight loss journey of mine. I am looking for support and tips and just some friends!! I started off last Feb. 2012 weighing in at 220. Now I weigh 183 this Jan. 2013. My 1st goal is 150 by April. I turn 40 this April and am looking forward in becoming finally healthy and fit! My last goal will be weighing in at 135. Wish me luck!

My Goals:
150, by April then last goal of 135.


My Program:
I have decided to go into my weight lose headstrong. So I choose the atkins with complex carbs limiting to 20-40 per day. And a meal plan of 5 meals/snacks per day so this way I dont feel hungry and gorge myself.

For exercise I am doing anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours and 45 minutes per day. I have a nice home gym with 9 machines set up in a circle formation and I choose 6 of 9 for a 10 minute interval doing a total of 60 minutes. So I dont get bored easy. I have all those machines and finally I am using them!! Then I choose between taebo or biggest loser (newest ones) which are nice to do because I want to see people whom weigh what I weigh exercise not these skinny minnies !! Or I choose walk away the pounds which are nice because very low impact but I am burn 150 to 450 calories with them. There are 3 tapes 1 mile (15 min) 2 mile (30 min) and the 3 mile (45 min). I just adores Leslie Sansone. So there is my weight loss exercise program.

I love the biggest loser tv show. I currently am watching the newest one out ..couples .. I just love it!!

    Yesterday is past. You can not do anything to change what was or was not done. The future can only be dreamt about. You can only change today. What are you willing to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?

    Think about what your goals are. Are you getting there? Are you doing everything you can to get there? If not, why not. There are only as many hours in the day as we make use of. If we waste them, they are gone forever. Just something to think about.
