Hi, my name is Jen and I'm the mom of an 11 year old and 7 year old. I've tried to do this before, but am back to give it a chance again to lose 45lbs. Oh, and I'm obsessed with knitting and crocheting lol.

My Goals:
To do 5k hikes (or more), to do 5k runs, to be healthy, to teach my children good habits.

My Program:
 I cut my soda out completely (I think the high fructose corn syrup was actually making me tired), eat a salad every day, cut the chocolate down.
