I meant to write "3!" instead of 30. It's low carb and won't raise your blood glucose though. It's about insulin. The fiber takes the carb down, reducing insulin release. Have you ever had your A1C done? Insulin?

More sodium than I'd have liked. I know you wouldn't eat it, but we'll see what happens on the scale tomorrow. Whoa, I had 2 mini muffins, and 2 reg. ones, so "30" ... 900 calories! OMG! LOL!!! I'm not worried. (I think ... lol).
