Introduction Text Seeing so well this week that I have announced I have had a miracle, but unfortunately I guess a lot of people don’t believe in miracles. I can actually play the piano without the use of glasses and to me that is a miracle.

To be healthy and improve my strength and attitude in everything I do.

I have sworn off all meat but do eat wild caught seafood, not farmed. I am not a vegan but so far am a vegetarian who does eat some dairy and eggs. I have been able to lose about 25 pounds since changing my diet in the past 6 months or so.

I swim and do other exercises at the gym plus walk about 1/2 to 2 miles per day. I quit using a walker which I used for the past three years since my posture got so bad and my hands ached from leaning on them. I am managing well but still have to learn to shop more often for groceries so I don’t overdo.
