Hey Nancy, Thanks for added me as your friend and visiting my page. I made it OK with my diet today, Yepee! I bought a spaghetti squash today and cooked it for supper. It's a good filler with only 37 calories per 4 ozs. I saved the seed to plant some this spring in the veggie garden. I hope they grow good as I can't always find them at the store. It looks just like spaghetti after it is cooked. Have you ever tried it?

Welcome to this group. I know what you mean about losing and gaining. I use to find it easy to lose but as you get older it's harder to do. I keep trying though. I am eating healthy now and have trained myself just to eat only one bite of something I just have to have, like when hubby eats ice cream in front of me. LOL. I have discovered some new things that is low calorie so have added them to my diet. I just found the 0 points progresso vegatable soup that is so good. you can eat a whole can of it.
