Fitness Minutes: 11,004

My Goals:
I want to reach 120lbs by January 2011. I want to become more active in my life and with my son. I want to work on my Bucket List. I want to boost my confidence. I want to run a 5K by summer 2010.

My Program:
 I am actively using this website and all the tools available. I log my food everyday and my fitness actives. I complete as many Spark Points activities as possible. My plan is to have a plan. It's hard to get to your desination without a map.


Personal Information:
I live in St. Louis, MO. I'm a single mom with a 10 year old Autistic son. I'm divorced but his father is not around...ever. I think I'm a nice, caring, compassionate person. I love to joke around and make people laugh. My greatest challenge and accomplishment is being a mom.

Other Information:
 I love to watch movies... I have a HUGE collection at home. I should just put a Blockbuster sign on my house. Ha! I like to go out to eat. My most favorite thing is hanging out with my son. He is the funniest, most amazing person I know...not to mention my best friend with my mom a very close second. I enjoy reading, video games, board/card games, bowling, golf, swimming, shooting baskets, bike riding, hiking, rollerskating, horseback riding. I am pretty much open to do anything especially new things. There are many things I would love to learn.

    I have missed seeing everyone n the team. Work has been overwhelming but come November my shows will be on Haitus, waitng to see if they get picked up for a return. I have to work when I can but it really cuts into life! I am still babysitting everyday my DIL is at work but hopefully we see the light at the end of the tunnel.

    I really miss the energetic banters on our team and look in but can't get started with so little time. My weight has not gone up and I have decided to lose 10 more pounds. I waited for the skin to catch up with the 25 loss!! Hee Hee! emoticon

    LOVE FALL! I am already getting into my Fall stuff but it is 104 degrees so will have to wait a bit....do well and I miss you! Jerri
