    Alfredo Sauce

    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    3 tsp Minced Garlic
    2 Tbsp Flour
    1 cup Chicken broth
    1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    1/4 cup milk
    3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese.
    Salt to taste
In a sauce pan combine oil and garlic over med. heat, and cook a few minutes and then add the flour stirring constantly until nice and bubble.
Add the chicken broth while continuing to stir constantly making sure you don't have any lumps.
Turn heat to low and add milk, yogurt and cheese. Stir until smooth, and salt to taste.
    Serve over noodles or whatever.
I also add chopped broccoli and a can of canned chicken and if I have some I will add a little red Bell Pepper, just for color.

    It is very good.

I love "flex able"! I am going to carry that with me today. Thank you! I also mentioned your comment about just throwing the scale away to my husband and relying on a measuring tape.

That is soooo bold. My husband and I are not there yet but, I'd like to get to a point where I have that kind of confidence. Happy Hump Day!
