Howdy all. I am a 42 married woman with 3 beautiful children ages 22, 21 and 15. I live in a suburb of Dallas and love Texas. I am an avid reader, love music and love my Lord Jesus Christ.

Fitness Minutes: 90

My Goals:
Lose 20 lbs.

Drink 72oz of water a day.

Tone all over.

Have abs of steel.

Eat more fruits.

Lower Cholesterol.

My Program:
 By making better choices by adding more fruit and vegetables to my meals. Relying on Jesus Christ to get me through this time.
