I have made a choice to re-invent myself and walk according to the purpose that God has for my life according to 3 John 2. I am doing this by renewing my mind according to Romans 12:2. This is not an option but a done deal and I'm READY!

My Goals:
I've re-invented myself by making a committment to do purpose exercise of at least 30 minutes on a daily basis and utilizing portion control.
My Program:
At least 30 minutes a day of "PURPOSED" exercise and eating a healthy and well balanced diet while utilizing portion control at the same time.
Personal Information:
I'm from and reside in the beautiful state of Georgia and I love my state and all that it entails.

Other Information:
I'm a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and we're promoting the spirit of E.S.P. I've also joined Dr. Ian Smith and the 50 Million Pound Challenge.
