Introduction Text Right back at it with a healthier attitude. Accepting my neurological "shortcomings" (BCFS) and adjusting my life accordingly. I also ditched my "all or nothing"-approach and I am now doing this the slow, healthy and happy way. No deprivation, no blame, no hate. :) Focusing on measuring myself rather than what the numbers on the scale are saying, although I weigh in when I feel like it, I don't allow it to define my progress. Reaching a good fitness level, getting flexible and strong. A healthy weight would be nice but measurements and fitness level are more important. Another, very important goal for me is to get this BCFS (benign cramp fasciculation syndrome) under control, one aspect of that is to lower my anxiety so mindfulness and mental well-being is something I'm working for after years of depression and anxiety.

Calorie counting (however NOT following some extreme low calorie diet, I eat to fuel my body, build muscle and burn fat) Pilates (for now) Healthy, happy attitude!
