Introduction Text Old habits die hard... I'm back with 20+ pounds to re-lose. I've beat myself up enough and I refuse to continue down a dead end street. It's just time to get movin! 2009: A New Year...A New Start (and Finish) God Bless, Kat

1. Short Term: Lose 10%of total body wt by July 4th. 2. Mid-Term: Wear black skirt (currently hanging in back of closet). 3. Long-Term: Achieve a healthy weight & maintain a healthy lifestyle.

1. The Firm (express workout) in the a.m. 2. 45-60 minutes of cardio in the p.m. @ least 4xs/week 3. Nutrition: Eat 3 meals & 2 snacks w/focus on lean proteins, fruits, and veggies; minimal carbs only @ b-fast &/or lunch. 4. Drink @ least 64 oz. of water/day.
