I was up at 3:30 and crawled out of bed at 3:45, I really think it is because I love starting my day early...I'm not a night person at all..and I'm in bed by 9:00 but dozing by 7:30 / 8:00 on my recliner most nights..once it stays light out longer I hope to stay up longer.
I need to get back into my exercising when I get up, I'm on a lazy binge right now.

Hi there, yes I did take measurements when I started THM, once I'm off the second week of fuel pull, I take again.. My hips went from 48 to 45, but I don't use the tap measure right, sometimes too loose, sometimes too tight.
I do know I went from size 18/20 to fighting into my 14's. 1826 days ago

Hi, I didn't want to post this on our team, but I can't believe I went from 171.8 to 168.8 this morning since starting the FP cycle. I guess I'll do the second week, but then totally back on plan....How are you doing? I should weight 140'ish so I have a ways to go yet. I felt great at 144 and that was considered overweight, but I guess go with what feels good for one's body.
Reason I didn't want to post on the team is for the newbies, didn't want them to jump on a FP cycle if not totally on plan yet.
I'm being careful not to trigger my BED as the FP cycle sure feels like dieting. Now I can't wait for the S days to arrive :) 1828 days ago
