Introduction Text My name is Cara, I'm 25 years old with a husband and 3 kids. Its time that I made a life change for myself. I've sat around long enough without doing anything but the minimum and now I'm ready to work.

Look great, feel great...I want to be the wife that I wish I looked like. I'm tired of being heavy.

Every morning I get up at 7:30, walk my son to school an hour later, come home and measure out my breakfast and enjoy. Plan out what I will have for lunch and snack and what I will make my family for dinner and calculate it into my nutrition tracker. Do my strength training Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Walk to school to pick up my son. Make dinner when I get home. I do this every single day.

Fave Music: Anything really, Top 40's, Oldies, Rock, Hip Hop...stuff like that Fave Foods: Anything Italian, Zucchini, Pasta, Tomatoes, Vanilla yogurt, Peaches, Veggie Chips, Sweet and Spicy Doritos
