1. Not fast enough results
2. Not drinking water consistently
3. Not moving consistently
Write a strategy for each one to keep yourself on track for 8 weeks.
Strategy for #1
Take a selfie each month so I can see the change in me
Strategy for #2
Drink water first thing in AM.
Getting in 40 ounces by noon, seems to set the stage for the 40 ounces.
Strategy for #3
Exercise most days
Let's learn from our past behaviors and make this our best Challenge ever!
