    Thanks for stopping by my blog and welcome to SP. I started with SP back in 2010 and it was an invaluable tool for my weight loss. I highly recommend that you start by tracking nutrition and fitness. You don't need to go crazy with fitness but you will certainly benefit by knowing what you are eating and trying to control it. I had no idea how bad my eating was until I took the time to log it for a week. It was a real eye-opener. I also read a lot of the articles and collected sparkpoints. As you are more and more active on the site you will make friends (like me!) and you can learn from them and get inspiration from them. There are lots of great people here.
    You can also share your victories and accomplishments in blogs and people will cheer you on. It's also a good outlet for frustration and I know people will be there to encourage you and lift you back up.
    Take it 1 day at a time, keep your nutrition in check and you'll reach your goals!
    I'll be checking in on you from time to time and I hope you'll do the same.
