Introduction Text I refuse to be 190 pounds when I turn 60. I will be here for my kids. I refuse to let an ankle injury or back pain stop me from getting healthy and sexy.

To be healthy and fit To be able to walk without pain to get rid of all the meds I have to take for pain to make be able to manage the arthritis pain and move easier.

I am taking a positive look at all the things around me and changing the things that need to be changes.
