Training Iron!
I don't workout, I TRAIN!!!
I'm Old School in my training methods, and train Kettlebell Olympic lifts, progressive Bodyweight Strength training and Cardio. I need to be strong physically, mentally, and emotionally to serve alongside my DH for Christ, and to my full capacity according to His will for my life. Kettlebells and Bodyweight strength training will make me a Warrior and be able to plow through ALL obstacles that come my way!!!
