My Goals:
My goals are simple:

1. Lower my cholesterol without meds

2. Avoid sugar at all costs.

3. Reach my weight goal.

My Program:
 Eat healthy and lose weight.

Continue walking and making healthy food choices.

Do my best to stay positive and on track.

I am a proud grandma of three grandchildren under the age of 4!

Other Information:
 Welcome to our first grandson born on 9/15/12!
And our second grandson born on 1/15/2014!
And our first granddaughter born on 5/12/15

    Thank you for commenting on my recent BLOG. I was surprised this morning when I saw it featured for the second time. Couldnt figure out why so many messags on this BLOG from before which has been featured once again today.
