Fitness Minutes: 58,237

My Goals:
After going from 345 to 170 and then going back up, I'll be happy going back to 200, that's about where I felt the best...not to fat and not as sickly looking as I did at 170.

My Program:
 Going back to what I know worked for me...3 meals a day with no excuses for skipping or eating poorly or on the fly.
