My Goals:
Get healthy for my 50th high school reunion...and then stay that way.

My Program:
 I do have some limitations due to RA, but I can still exercise and watch what I put into my mouth.




Personal Information:
I live in southwest Michigan, but have connections to Knoxville, Atlanta, and Columbia, SC.

I have 5 children and 9 grandchildren. Beautiful, talented, and intelligent kids, all of them.
