Walking is the best form of exercise . Lastyear I started power walking again and it lead me to my new passion of running . Just finished my firstrace last Sunday (a half marathon) I will be forever greatful for having my two legs to transform the way I feel these days. :ife is awesome.

This is great! My primary form of exercise is walking, too. Right now, I've got an inflamed tendon on my right foot, and I'm resting it, but I'll be back out on Monday. 2446 days ago
