    Thanks for reading my blog. Weekend gatherings are sometimes hard to get through with out over eating....been there and done that. I try to preplan what I will eat making sure that I have plenty of veggies to nibble on. Because I made up the veggie tray I had all the things that I like to eat (with out dip)....asparagus, cucumbers, snap peas, sweet pepper slices....nice and cold on a hot day. YOU can make healthy choices and if there aren't too many choices eat only 1/2 of anything you put on your plate.....portion control and moderation always plays a part. emoticon
