    The first few lines in your introduction could have been written by me, 35 years ago. The only difference is that I "only" had 2 children, but sort of late in life. My dh and I had started a new company which was very time consuming. We dealt with many companies overseas, and my husband traveled a lot. We also entertained a lot of foreign clients; initially at home, later in restaurants. Just to give you a little insight. My exercise routine consisted of walking at 5:00 AM, summer and winter (yes, it was still dark) the only time I was not needed by my family or company. Eventually, I worked out, in the evening, once a week, at a city rec. center. To make a long story short, I know what you are going through. My initial suggestion would be to start with baby steps. If you are taking on too much, you will give up again. It took me 35 years to lose 37#. I kept on going up and down, but never gave up. I put on the most (usually about 10#) between Thanksgiving and the New Year. I have learned so much since then, that this will never happen again. This last Holiday Season, I put on 1#.
