Introduction Text I have finally been kicked in the butt. My father, only 55 years old, died February 16, 2012 of pancreatic cancer. He was diagnosed only a month and a half before he passed away. Before he left this world, he reminded me that life is a beautiful gift. He truly was the one person I could trust, count on, and confide in. He gave great advice, and he always told me how much he loved me and how proud of me he was. It truly broke my heart and soul when he died. I have been sitting back in the passenger seat watching my life slip away. I have always had a little "extra" weight on me....but right around when my dad died, I was at my heaviest. I am going to lose weight for my dad and myself. I want to accomplish so many things for him...because he didn't get the chance to....and this is the first step in accomplishing those goals.

Luke Bryan Concert Goal: (LBB)-183.0 on July 27, 2013 -Lose weight -Be someone my dad would have been proud to have known -Be Healthy -Get Fabulous for when I get married (whenever that will be) -Have a normal weight before having kids -Be more confident

-Gym at least 3 days a week -Severely cut out fast food/dining out from diet -Work on keeping a positive attitude -It's not all or nothing, baby steps all the way
