Introduction Text Helloooo. This is the millionth time I've tried to lose weight, but for everyone that has lost weight, that seems to be the story. So, I'm hoping that can be my story as well. I've struggled with binge eating and still struggle. I love to hear how other people conquer this or live healthy with this. So, if that's you, I'd love to hear more! I've been on Spark for a little bit now and I have never been able to lose this much weight. Before this, I usually bounced around plus and minus 5 lbs. Thank you Spark! more about me...I'm a really outgoing person. I really care about other people. I've been known to get caught up in a little too much caring about others and not enough about myself, which is probably where the emotional eating came from. I was born in Illinois. Grew up in southern California where I did my undergrad. I moved to Iowa where I went to law school and met my wonderful boyfriend. He's soooo awesome supportive. It's more than I could have ever dreamed up. I don't practice law. I decided to go off the beaten path and try something a little different. So, me and some friends decided to try to start our own company that helps local businesses aka mom and pop shops to advertise online. We launch shortly. So, wish me luck!

I want to be healthy and happy with the way I look. I want to feel comfortable in clothes. I want to like shopping.

Right now I try my best to stay within my calorie range. I walk about 30 miles per week and do 20 to 25 minutes of strength training six times per week.
