    Been busy , busy , busy.
    Grandson's Christening was yesterday. had a beautiful day, now it's back to packing up last minute stuff.Move is Thursday. !!!!!!
    We are having professional movers so I am sure it will go smoothly. Fun part will start again unpacking and trying to fine a place for everything LOL
    Will be back as soon as possible.

    September is here.
    September has 30 days.
    What can I do (We Do) in the next 30 days to improve our health and lose a few pounds?
    I am going to start using Stretch Bands and do the SparkPeople 20-Minute Resistance Band Video
    3x a week, because I think I need to build up my muscles a bit.

    What change can you make for September ?
    Even the smallest change can make a difference.!!!
