    Someone posted on my page that they are going to do a SP's 15 minute lower body workout for bad knees.

    Thought I would spare my thoughts with you today.

    September is here.
    September has 30 days.
    What can I do (We Do) in the next 30 days to improve our health and lose a few pounds?
    I am going to start using Stretch Bands and do the SparkPeople 20-Minute Resistance Band Video
    3x a week, because I think I need to build up my muscles a bit.

    What change can you make for September ?
    Even the smallest change can make a difference.!!!
