People Guess what??? I had a Baby! A beautiful 9lbs chunker! And yes, I gained everything I had lost with SP! But I am Back! Super excited and ready to do this! I started sparkpeople 3/30/09 and managed to lose 50 lbs 11/9/09. But after that date EVERTYHING just started getting crazy with my sister's wedding, the holidays etc etc and unfortunately gained 10lbs back. Well come February I find out I'm prego and well you know how that goes? LOL I can't believe I let myself go, plus the fact I have NOT worked out when I was religiously doing it. But I have started to log back on Sparkpeople, and I know little by little, I just need to learn to focus and stay on track. Wish Me Luck Everybody, this has been a hard working journey and I was so proud of myself for being so disciplined. I'm Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

My Goals:
1. Get off my BUTT and start working out again.

2. GET RID OF PREGO FAT! LOL

3. EAT HEALTHY LIKE I WAS BEFORE GETTING PREGO!
Need to eat healthier, I became a couponer while being prego and I think that was a good and bad idea, lots of free junk food and free pasta but hopefully will start managing what I eat! :D


My Program:
02/07/11 - Start counting my calories sparkpeople has assigned. Eating lots of veggies and fruit, lean meats, and whole grain rice, bread and pasta, just what I was doing when I was losing the weight, great way to eat plus I felt soo good from my tummy. not like right now my tummy feels horrible for eating all that junk during the holidays and travel.

I am going to work out 4-5 x's on a good week, I have changed my exercise routine I need to stsart slow again as I have not worked out in the longest but hopefully I will progress back to where I was when I was doing AWESOME TURBO JAM!

I want to get very motivated again. I want to be strict but lineant at the same time, I was able to lose weight while giving me a break during the weekends, but I want to be more disciplined this time around. This is to a Hot Mama to be!!!! :)

    Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this first step to getting healthy. Here, you will recieve lots of info on how to change your life for good. There also is many sparkers waiting to welcome you and encourage you while you are on this journey. Don't let this place overwhelm you. It will take a couple of weeks to really feel like you know what you are doing. The most important thing I can say to you is NEVER GIVE UP. No matter how many times you may fall, just pick yourself up and keep going. Find teams that will meet your needs. Then post everyday. This will help keep you accountable. Find those who have lost the weight. I like hanging out with them because they did it. If you need anything just let me know. If I don't know the answer I will help find it.
