I’m here on SP because I’m tired of dieting and exercising too much or not at all. I want to live a healthy lyfestyle and feel proud of myself for doing that every day!

Nov 2020: I found my old Wii and it told me I put on 10kg since I last used it: I knew that already, but it was still a shock to hear that. I am determined to be more active and enjoy using my Wii for health and fitness purposes :)

Aug 2020: I am stuck at the same weight I was at the very beginning (so I feel like I've wasted a couple of years) , tired of dieting and quite discouraged.

Nutrition: I am looking into intuitive eating and following a healthy meal plan.
Fitness: I am focusing on Pilates and doing a weekly Hula hoop class!

March 2019: I am really happy with the food plan I have found and I’ve been following it since mid Feb; I’m doing several activities on SP: weekly challenges with my hoop team, Beck’s pink book reading) and the Swing into Spring BL challenge; I started a pilates class and I’m trying to create a new doable fitness routine that includes all the things I wanna do (hoop, yoga, pilates, strenght training, walking, running)!

Jan/Feb 2019: I have to admit that I’m still trying to figure out what to do. I haven’t found a proper balance yet, but I am trying. I am reading a lot, I have developed an exercise plan, still no clues with a meal plans, but I am recording what I am eating and trying to drink my 8 cups of water every day.

Oct: 2018: In the past year I yo-yo dieted and exercised not so regularly, so I ended up reaching my biggest weight ever in September 2018 (my BMI reached 29). I’ve always been a bit overweight but in the past 3 years my weight went up in a totally out of control way. And the more I tried the worst it got.

- Pilates 3x/week
- wii 2x/week
- Jessica Smith fitness routine 2x/week

Personal Information:
I like reading, traveling and listening to music. In 2018 I discovered hula hoop and it soon became my passion. In 2020 I got really interested in Pilates.
