Hey everyone...I have went through some horrible ups and downs....a bad break up...still broke up...trying to find my way in life and I lost my fitness streak. :( I'm gettin chubby and gettin a tummy! Plus more cellulite!! Nooooooooooooo (lol). Seriously though, I am ready to put a stop to this.
I will not let myself get back up to 185.
Gotta tone it up and hopefully soon get a gym membership since the rain will be comin soon....

Fitness Minutes: 3,222

My Goals:
I'm looking to tone my tummy and get started on a 6 pack. I'm not looking for Janet Jackson abs, but more like Jennifer Lopez or Beyonce abs.

My Program:
I workout with DVDs (Currently doing Kim Kardashian ultimate butt body sculpt) at home and workout routines from my Oxygen magazine. I like to incorporate 5 & 10 lb dumbbells with most of my strengthening exercises because I want nice, tone, muscle defined legs/thighs. No skinny thighs for me! I also use weight with Squats to build more volume and roundness to my booty while keeping it toned. Plus I do arm, chest and shoulder exercises with my dumbbells that are from the Sparkpeople library. So far so good!!! :)

Very artistic, I am your Fashionably-inclined, modern Hippy.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Tea. Teavana is a great tea store. I really love makeup too.
Hair products and styles are things I love to experiment with.
Reinventing yourself is the most refreshing, expressive thing you can do. I love it!
Makes me feel like a Diva! ;)

Other Information:
I love the Arts. I love to paint/draw, sing, dance and write. I am a full time college student and pursuing a Graphic Design degree. My favorite movie is Brown Sugar. My favorite book right now is the Quantrum 21 day Cleanse. So inspiring.

My fitness inspirations are Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, and Alicia Keys.

    Come on girlie it is time to wake Candyland back up! I just posted a challenge for July and I hope you can participate. All you have to do is track your workouts daily. We need to get back to encouraging and motivating each other. That was our key to success and I know we can get that back if we are all committed.

    Hey Zaazaa LINDA!
    OMG..I've been so busy at work..they gave me a special project to do, so that cuts into my time logging on the site..I'm still around though..It's just been a rough couple of weeks for me..I'm super tired and getting a little frustrated with this whole getting healthy and losing extra pounds..ugh..It's my fault though b/c I'm wasn't really watching what I was eating..I'm set new goals and am changing some things..I've given myself 9 weeks to get rid of these extra pounds and get fit and healthy..By then it'll be my b-day(Dec. 22), and I just don't want to feel uncomfortable, ya know. I HAVE to do this!! emoticon

    yeah, I changed the ticker..I hate looking at my re-start feel better seeing how many pounds I have left to reach my goal.. emoticon

    Girrrll...Dont even worry about a scar...I have acne and stretch marks all over and i could care less...Look into getting some laser treatments...i know i am :-)...but YOU LOOK GREAT...just keep pushin and you'll have the JLO abs in no time...I see that in your updates your worried about 2lbs...dont even stress yourself like women our bodies flucuate and we can have like 10lbs of water just measure your success on how u feel and how u look. emoticon
