Introduction Text I have been overweight most of my adult life. There have been times through diet and exercise I have been successful in reaching a goal, but maintaining the weight loss and sticking to a healthy lifestyle has not been my priority. I want to change that starting today.

Drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily. Exercising six days a week. Setting a good example for my children with regards to their eating habits. Monitoring my food intake and keeping within my daily caloric goals.

Cardio 6 days a week, including jogging, biking, DVDs, strength training and walking. Planning a healthy menu. Recording all of the above.
