Hello, Thank you for stopping by my page.
2019 mantra: I MATTER, NO MATTER WHAT #IMNMW

GEARING UP FOR THE FALL CHALLENGE:
My nutrition plan:
1200-1500 calories
Minimize dairy, red meat
Eliminate processed junk

My fitness plan:
5 miles minimum daily (tendonitis)
Focus on strength training
Work up to 5 workouts, 4 walks per week

My numbers goal: -1 pound per week. In 62 weeks, I will meet my goal weight of 179, and I will no longer be obese.

I am here because... I want the best for myself, my daughter, my family, my life. I want to let go of the hurt from the past, remove my anxiety for the future, and just LIVE in the present. I want to surround myself with people who have the outlook I so desire, along with those who are working towards that goal.

I first discovered Spark People in 2006, during the summer. I stuck it out for about four months, and lost about 25 pounds. Then I had a terrible life changing event, and I gave up.

I returned to Spark about 5 or 6 times between 2008-2015. Making different profiles, sticking it out for a bit, and then letting it go. Never giving it a true shot. Always considering myself to be "fat for life" or a loser.

In 2017, I came back. I'm still here. I lost 80 lbs. I then got lazy with things, and now, here I am, still here. I'm not going anywhere.

I am a Warrior for life.
