September 2019 - That poor sweater is at its capacity. It was too big at one point. Try again!
Christmas 2019... That's me on the left, and there's too much of me! Time to start over...
is working on it!
is working on it!
9-12-18 - Ugh...those legs! A few less scotch eggs next time...
Christmas, 2018... Cissy and I have regained, but we WILL take it off again.
1-1-19 My last deep-fried meal for a while. I'm tired of growing my extra chin back!
Christmas, 2018... I've got some work to do to take off what I've gained plus some.

Happy autumn everyone!
The average Hutt weighs about 500 kg. I may not look like 1983 Leia, but I've lost 17% of Jabba!
8-28-16 Amazingly maintaining my waistline, even after a sinful provolone mushroom burger yesterday!
Still maintaining at 155! A whole lot better than the 329 lbs. I was.

I bought this dress Day 1 of my journey (1/1/14) and wore it 5/8/16. So happy about that!
The scales have spoken!
THANK YOU ALL for voting me as a Spark People Motivator! I am so grateful for your support!
So many have asked...and THIS is how I do it. 300 for each meal and snacks, and the weight comes off
Is 4 a good Friday gathering with the fam. I'm allotting myself 700 calories some of which will be worked off in skeeball
Almost could fit two of me in the old size of jeans I wore!
This was me at the point when I hit the 100 lbs. lost mark.
Me, just before I hit the 100-lbs. lost mark. This was about 9 months into my journey.
Five months in, 60.3 lbs. lost.
7 months in, 78+ lbs. lost
3-20-16... Feels good to be in the 150s! Just 3.7 lbs. to go to goal!
is feeling good with so many new Spark friends. I've lost 167.4 lbs. so far, and encouragement is helpful! Feel free to add me!
is enjoying a hot date. (See my blog today for further explanation.)
July 2014 was about 7 months into my journey, but this is me now, almost at the end!
My kid sister and me on our journey. As of 3/8/16, we've lost almost 287 lbs.
About 168 lbs. gone...and that poor blue shirt thanks me for not stretching it so far anymore!
After losing 170.3 lbs., I fit in a Size 8! That's a big change from the 28W I wore before!
In 2002/03, I was asked to be part of the Lean Pockets Tales from the Scales promotion after their products helped me to successfully take of over 100 pounds. My before (ugh) and after (yay!) picture showed up on around 5,000 Lean Pockets boxes, and it was weird seeing myself in the local grocer's freezer! Now that I'm trying again, Lean Pockets are still a significant part of my efforts... and I love them!
I'm a HUGE Survivor fan and got this buff from my kiddo. Never thought I'd squeeze into it!
Taking up a little less room on my front porch these days, and it feels great!

I'm thinking these "before" undies could maybe hold a couple of me now? :D
Now my monkey fits into that sweater WITH me!

You CAN still eat fried chicken...as long as you're careful. This is me, at a charity banquet.

After losing 165 pounds, I fit into my chevron mini-dress just in time for Twin Peaks Day! 2/24/16
Was SO THRILLED to fit into a Size 10 pair of jeans on my 45th birthday! (Wore a Size 28 before!)
Summer 2015, on the bike trail. I wouldn't have been able to get up off the pavement before!
Thrilled to fit in the sweater dress and zip the boots I bought MONTHS before my cousin's wedding!

For most of my journey, 1,200 calories has been my magic number.

This ankle bracelet didn't used to fit my ankle. Now it almost fits my neck!
Zevia soda sent me this shirt when I told them of my weight loss. I drank a LOT of their yummy pop.
Super stoked! God and the scale were very good to me today. Finally broke the barrier! At my lowest weight in 14 years! From 329 to 161.6 and only 6.6 to go to hit the goal I set 2 years ago!
