Me one day one again. Hope this time no set backs for meMade it for my first week. Been good. Having more energy since i started my workouts. Still need work work on my eating but getting better. One step at a time. Been able to drink all my water. I also lost 1 lb.Today is my little girls 3rd birthday. We got her a car she can drive and we can remote it as well. Then she got 2 things Peppa Pig stuff, a PJ Max thing, another microphe that plays off Trolls, and her very own My Little Poney poneys. She is so spoiled

Today I cleaned my house. After scrubing it down my kids made it a mess so cleaning again today. Then payed some bills and did some shopping. Not working out. But cleaning and walking in the store i counsider me moving my body to be heathier

So proud of myself hiring 10000 steps on my fit bit and close to 10000 on my phone. My next moth I am gonna add 10000 steps as my goal on my fit bit.Did pretty good I say myself. Did 25 minutes of treadmill incline to 3 and using 3lb weights, 10 minutes on the weight machine and 26 both rounds of walking to my little one bus stop. Got my workout fir the day in. Tired and ready for bed.Today is my babys 9th birthday. She is becoming a beautiful young lady. So proud of her.Did alot better on my steps. Did also 3.0 on the treadmill with 3 lb weights at the gym and 10 minutes back and ab weight machine.Went over my calories but its my daughter 9th birthday had to treat myself. Gonna make alot more soups for cold dayskilled my workouts again this morning. Watched a movie with my oldest Halloweentown. I know its a corny kids movie but i like watching it. It is on Disney+ on the Hallloween section. Also cooked a killer taco dinnner.Killed my workouts again. Relaxing with the family. Just had dinner baked speggitti. My kids favorite. Just got done watching Haunted Mantion.Today I had coffee with a lady from my church.It was nice. We are gonna get together agian with the kids. She has 4 boy but 3 are close to my kids age. Her oldest is 14 then she has a son that is 7,5,and 2. So really close to mine. Mine are 9,6,and 3. Then we also got my oldest daughters glasses fix. So no more blurry vison and headaches. She was so happy to have them back and she can still new ones next month. They found a way around it.
I have done stuff around the house for my workout today. I cleaned my kitchen, my bathroom, and then went grocery shopping. Came home and put stuff away and decludered and threw out alot of food that we don't eat and has been in there for a year.

We brought out I urge leave for our table. Want to keep it there. So gonna find another chair for my husband so we can eat in the kitchen now.Today i have been cleaning up after Thanksgiving, doing some laundry, getting Christmas stuff out, and cleaning up where I am gonna put our tree. Also meet my 3 year olds elf. Just got her today. Only thought it would be far since my other 2 have their own. Her name is Weewa.These are what our elves we up to yesterday and today. Today gonna go to church, Walmart, clean and put up the rest of my Christmas stuff up.Finally put up my tree and my village. That was my goal today. Tomorrow is my table. Then everything is ready for Christmas.My elf decided to have a marshmallow bath. Today gonna to jump on my treadmill for 35 minutes, and do some ST. Then clean and do the kids school work. When I get home from getting my little one gonna do some yoga.Did my very first after lunch workout. It felt good. All my muscles hurt. I di 20 minutes if walk away the pounds and pilaties fir 10. Starting with that cause I haven't do it for a while. So starting slow then work my way up.Today I did 35 minutes of treadmill, 4 St exercise 2 rep of 10 and yoga. After I got my girl from the bus walked in Walmart. Cane home had lunch and put stuff away. Over my steps today.I have my Bible study this morning. Then afterwards hope to get on my treadmill and do my yoga. Then after I get my girl from the bus and have lunch I can do my walk away the pounds and pilaties since is didn't di it yesterday.Today my oldest daughter doesn't have school. So while I am on the treadmill she is gonna do some stuff she has online. Then while I am doing yoga she is gonna do treadmill. Then hopefully do some paper school work. After lunch and my little one is taking a nap, I am gonna do some pilaties.

Here are my elfs this morning. Just a lesson for you not to swallow gym.Today gonna straten up. Do alot of laundry. Then roll out the sugar cookie dough and cut them out and bake them. My husband last night got me a new cookie sheet. I did another Yoga this morning. Gonna do yoga until I am done.

Then after lunch gonna declutter top of my book shelf and then when my son gets out if school we are gonna go fir a walk.These three are the reason I am getting healthy. They are the light if my life.Happy New Years fellow sparkers. My goal for this year which I just did today is to go back to the gym. I got a membership at planet fitness. So happy about it. Good morning.Today I am gonna take down my tree and put my village away. Then I am gonna clean my house from the holidays. So I can have a fresh clean house to come home to.Today I am gonna go through my pantry and through out all my junk food. Then finish the rest of my laundry. I made it my first day of no junk food. I made it to the gym this morning. Mange to actually wake up at 4:00 and I got there at 4:40. It felt good. I did about an hour of a work out.Had another good workout. Got up at 4 got to the gym at 4:30 and got home at 5:40.Today have a doctor appointment and then when the kids get out of school go to the hub.Fun day at the hub. An arcade place here in MissoulaBest I have done in forever. Now I am pooped and ready for bed. Hope I can do this tomorrowFor do this one the first of this monthMade it my first week of going to the gym. My body can definitely tell. I am sore all over. But a good sore. Tomorrow is my treadmill, yoga and walk away the lbs. Saturday cleaning and laundry, Sunday strain up and declutter the shelf up top of my stove and scrub around it and laundry.Did my yoga first thing this morning. It felt good. Got the kids ready for the day. Got myself ready. Now wait for my sons bus. Got my therpy at 10. Then go to Ross and get my thyroid checked. Then come home and clean and wash my workout cloths for next week.Today is my lazy stay home day. All I am doing is washing beding and towels. Also put a load of dishes in my dishwasher. The rest is kick back and put my feet up. Next week is gonna be busy agian.Went to church today. Good sermon. Than went to Walmart and got some stuff for breakfast and vegetables fir the week. Think I am coming down with a bladder infection. I do have a therapy appointment today at 10. I missed last week due to my sons eye doctor appointment. I kinda need my therpy time. Had a hard week last week.Got up again to go to the gym. Worked my shoulders and did the treadmill. My bladder infection went away on its own. That medicine i bought worked good. I have lost 4 lbs and 5 oz this month. Doing good so far.Best I have done all month. I did my treadmill today for 15 minutes, ST from sparks for 5 minutes and nd circuit training for 5 minutes. Feel really tired but will get use to it.Skipped the gym this morning. Needed more sleep. But plan in working out at home. Doing my treadmill for 30 minutes and doing 20 minutes of ST and do an app on my phone then some stretching. Have a meeting at 1:30 with head start. See how I feel and some more treadmill.Not as good as yesterday. But still goodGonna be skipping the gym this week. Need a break. But am still gonna do my workouts at home. I am gonna do my treadmill, ST, circuit training and stretching. Today I have bible study, my oldest has speech and I have to turn in the schools laptop in cause she start 4 days next week.Webt back to the gym today. If felt good after taking a week off. I am fitting better in my pants and shirts.
Today my oldest has 2 theroys sessons. Her OT at 2 and her PT at 5. Tomorrow my son has speech therapy. Thats about whats going on tomorrow.#BeforeAndAfter not much but I can tell after a month a changeToday went to the gym again. Did my elliptical trainer, weights, and stretching. Today have to go to Walmart again to get my friend her stuff cause she has covid, then I have to go in and get some other stuff for the house.I went to the gym with my husband this morning. It was nice to go with him again. In a week we go together all week. I did 12 minutes of the Elliptical trainer, 11 minutes of weights, and 3 minutes of stretching.
Today I have my therpy session and then going to Costco to get some stuff. Then when the kids get off from school we are gonna go sledding.Gad a busy weekend. Saturday we went sliding, then to the hub and then went grocery shopping, Sunday I cleaned and get dinner ready fir the super bowl party we had.
This morning I went to the gym. It felt good. Did gained 3 lbs this week. Hooe I can bun it off by next week been eating alot out if being lonely. My kids are at school Tues to Fri.It is cold and snowing today. At least I cand rice better today instead of slipping everywhere. Still made it to the gym this morning
Not much today. No meetings at all. So gonna cook a nice dinner and relax all evening. Gonna be doing my study for my Thursday Bible study then when I am in bed, read some more in my book.No gym today. Have my Bible study this morning. Still cold here. 17* this morning. My mom will be out of town and have nobody to watch the kids. So tomorrow and Thursday I will be going after I drop all the kids off at school and Friday I won't.Did alot better the last couple of days. Tired now. Going to the gym, cleaning, going for a walk, taking kids to the dentist, and cooking dinner. I am pooped, and ready to to bed.Didn't go to the gym today. Gonna be cold so I am gonna walk on my treadmill again this afternoon.Even though I didn't go to the gym this morning I did had a good workout today. Did 2 20 minutes on my treadmill, 1 set if 10 minutes of ST, 5 minutes of regular exercise and 16 minutes of yoga also 45 minutes if house cleaning. Feeling good today.Did pretty good for not going to the gym at all today. Feels good to get these steps in.Taking the day off if exercising. Need a rest. Might jump on the treadmill that will be it though. Gonna go shopping since my husband got gus tax return yesterday. Gonna get stuff I need and maybe want.Did pretty good for not working out.
