Participated in my first 5K. I only did 2 miles, but I did it in 50:32. Not bad for first time.
Slowly coming off. Getting ready to renew gym membership again. Started the end of March. Loving the progress.
Made a Workout schedule.... and I stuck to it at the gym. No more "which machine is next" .... proud of myself.....
First time ever..... I hit over 100 spark points.....my usual total is between 60-80..... yes I know no exercise recorded.... Wednesday is my day off from working out.....

Grilled Chicken Salad with shredded lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons, mozzarella cheese and French fries..with Italian dressing... my favorite is Ranch but changed it this evening since I did the French fries....

March 30 will be a year I've been going to the gym. May 15, 2017 244 pounds. Feb 20, 2018 221 pounds...I'm really seeing a difference in my body...
