No-bake energy bites are FULL OF GOODNESS, and the best part is that you can put just about anything you want in them! I used walnuts, pecans, almond meal, flaxseed, oatmeal, quinoa, dried cranberries, honey, and almond butter. Forgot the vanilla and salt, but I'll DEFINITELY make these again next weeK!
