This is my first post and what i look like atm. my meds have made me gain an enormous amt of weight. I just had those adjusted and also starting keto this weekend. Looking fwd to finding friends to do this with me.
I got my six hours of sleep in but it was broken up, as usual. I take several meds for sleep due to insomnia and various health issues. I think i will have lunch soon, we don't get our ebt loaded until tomorrow so my choices are limited atm.

I have a love-hate thing with food & body dysmorphia. yesterday i didn't hardly eat&sorta feel proud of that. I know it's unhealthy. Can you give me tips to encourage healthy eating?

Managed to go back to sleep for an hour and a half so far. I am still debating on getting my nails done..i might just do them myself.

Had a wonderful dinner out and followed the keto program. Nothing on dessert menu was allowed. I told him only whipped cream&berries so chefs made me this! For free!
