Driving back into town I was just excited to spot a local gym however I only used it for 5 minutes 🤷🏿♂️
This is just bloating😜
So true. The bloating has gone down I feel it. We’ll see. Wow I was gonna attribute it diet but I ate pizza 🍕 pasta 🍝 and dessert 🍮 yesterday 🤷🏿♂️

Getting there again
I admit it I stopped thinking like a boss for a second and more like a worker. I didn’t set my schedule and work my plan I stayed above water.
Thinking 🤔 of a master plan.
I have my fitness and diet set... now it’s time for wholistic health. Like rest, wealth, relationships etc.
I see the effects already 🏋🏽♂️
When you fall asleep 😴 💤 it’s good to unplug from other things. Can’t do both🤷🏿♂️
When you are tired 😴 but have work to do have low calorie food and drinks on deck IJS
They turned off the lights on me and I kept going till someone tapped me and let me know that this branch was was not a 24 hour branch on weekends like the others😓 only got a little treadmill

I earned my sleep or I slept a little through training 🤷🏿♂️sometimes you gotta please others.
