So true. The bloating has gone down I feel it. Weโll see. Wow I was gonna attribute it diet but I ate pizza ๐ pasta ๐ and dessert ๐ฎ yesterday ๐คท๐ฟโโ๏ธ
Is this the motivation that I needed?
Getting there again
I admit it I stopped thinking like a boss for a second and more like a worker. I didnโt set my schedule and work my plan I stayed above water.
Thinking ๐ค of a master plan.
I have my fitness and diet set... now itโs time for wholistic health. Like rest, wealth, relationships etc.
I see the effects already ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ
When you fall asleep ๐ด ๐ค itโs good to unplug from other things. Canโt do both๐คท๐ฟโโ๏ธ
When you are tired ๐ด but have work to do have low calorie food and drinks on deck IJS
They turned off the lights on me and I kept going till someone tapped me and let me know that this branch was was not a 24 hour branch on weekends like the others๐ only got a little treadmill

Yep this is how my workout went. 12 minutes on elliptical. Left my drinks in car ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ
