Tried Spark recipe, low fat whole wheat pancakes. I substituted water instead of milk and added fresh blueberries and strawberries..so yummy! https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/Cookbooks.
Easy to make lunch. Bake tilapia, put in a veggie tortilla, top with fresh toppings. Mine is topped with avocado, various kinds of tomatoes, fresh salsa, iceberg lettuce, baby spinach and a squeeze of lime.
