December 2016 i weighted 140lbs.....and got pregnant Christmas eve. 7 month ago I weighted 220lbs just before i had my 11.3lbs baby. Now that summer is just around the corner and its nice out, it's time to get my ass into gear. My goal is 30 lbs by Sept 22, 2018. That was the day I had my baby. However i would love to lose 20lbs by June 30. Vacation to visit family and friends. Wish me luck #BeforeAndAfter #30lbsToGo
Finally getting nice weather to get out of the house and walk. I've been cooped up in the house for the last 7 month because I live in Canada with a newborn. Winters suck, we were in hibernation. Now it's time to lose the baby weight! I've walked 5k yesterday and another 5k today. My plan is 3 times week. :) #summerbody #7monthspostpartum #30lbstogo #summeriscoming

It's been a week since I decided to make change. I have felt 100% better with more energy and I feel happier. I got on the scale today and I lost 1 pound.

Finally a nice enough day here in Canada to take my little guy out for a walk. Yes that is still snow on the ground however look there's also some brown grass. haha #CanadianLife

Easter bunny has come and gone for another year. We had a very happy boy when he see that he got a Elmo! Happy Easter everyone!
Well it's spring time here in New Brunswick and that means Flood season. I have lived here for 9 years and this is only the second year it has been this bad were my road is closed to traffic. This photo is just down the road from my house. I'm not concerned with my house because I'm far enough away from the flooding but there are people still recovering from last years flood. Flood levels at Fredericton, NB are on the rise with the rain overnight. We are currently at 8.2m.
Hope this can brighten everyone's day! I was in the shower today and when I poked my head out my 2 year old son was sitting in the toilet!

Happy Thanksgiving weekend to my fellow Canadians!
Went for a walk with my 2 year old today. This is after we left the park. He wouldn't leave. After 527 trips down the slide it was time to head home. Yes that is a harness hahaha

15 days into this new fitness journey. Down 2 lbs. I'm at my heaviest since I had my son 2 years ago. I'm 40 lbs from pregnancy weight. I finally decided to post a before photo! Took this today! Let's hope this mommy tummy goes away some day! I'm not pregnant but I look 4 months.

My work had Tricker treating at each desk today for all the little kids. Here's my toddler (2) passed out on my desk. Had to put him down for a sec. Carrying 32 lbs of dead weight was causing me to work up a sweat. Hahaha #toothless #HowToTrainYourDragon

Its been about 6 hours without power at work. Only our computers are hooked up to the generators. I took the toaster from the lunchroom and toasted a bagelðŸ˜‚ from my desk. 2 hours till I get to go home!
Day 7 of the 30 day Squat Challenge! Instead of 35 squats today I pushed out 50 :) I decided to move my reset days to the weekend instead of the weekdays. I find it much easier nailing my daily goals Monday to Friday. The weekends are relaxing days with my family. :)
Day 11 of the 30 day Squat Challenge! Almost didn't do these. I took today off from 4 days in a row of cardio but I'm still determined to complete the challenge.
Got a killer cardio work out in today! And my step goal all before noon today. I always hated cardio until I found walk at home by Leslie Sansone.

Day 17 of the 30 day Squat Challenge! Pushed out a 30 minute cardio work-out and 65 squats today. I'm 45 days into this new weight loss journey. I have't noticed much of a change in my body but I feel it in my mind. Hope that makes since. I have more energy and I feel better after I push out a work- out
Day 18 of the 30 day Squat Challenge! 70 squats is challenging but I did push them out today.

This happened today! Got a new Christmas Tree yesterday. Hahaha I'm not decorating it today. I set it up to make sure it worked and to get my 2 year old used to it.

Day 24 of the 30 day Squat Challenge! Today we got some horrible new, my husbands grandfather passed away today. We have a 8 hour drive a head of us tomorrow and 5 days with family. I'm so glad to have the option to go home and be with his family however it's going to be hard to finish this challenge and keep up with healthy eating and working out. Please send good vibes. I really need to right now
I fell off the wagon! My husbands grandfather passed away 2 weeks ago and we had to go out of town for his funeral for a week and now I'm sick with the flu. I made it to day Day 24 of the 30 day Squat Challenge! and I was 50 days straight on here and working out 5 days a week. As you can see my fitbit shows that 3 weeks ago I was all in the green but after that its been all down hill. Now I have to start all over. Here's to hoping I can get back on the wagon.
Completed Day 1 of my new Challenge. I enjoyed the 30 Day Squat Challenge however only made it to day 24. Let's see how far I make it into this one. I didn't work out today because I have a very bad cold. Let's hope I start feeling better soon.
So I started The 30 day Abs Challenge 3 days ago. Yesterday I pulled a muscle while doing a sit up. Ugh.... I can barely move my neck. Just my luck. Just getting over this bad flu and now my neck is all messed up. So I decided not to work out today but I did do the Leg lifts and the crunch because they did not bother my neck. I just did extras to make up for the sit-ups and plank I did not complete. That still counts right?

I ended up taking a 6 week break from the site and working now. My new bowflex treadmill I got my self for Christmas! Were now 8 days into 2020 and I have used this 3 times. Let's get 2020 started right! Time to get serious or my husband will be very pissed about this expensive clothes hanger.
Well I'm starting a new 30 day Ab Challenge tomorrow. Wish me luck. The last time I tried and ab challenge I pulled a muscle in my neck and shoulder.
Day 3 of getting rid of this mom pouch! Anyone have any suggestions of other things to do to get rid of it?
Got on the treadmill twice today. It's hard to get 10,000 steps a day with a desk job. Even harder when your in quorintine and your desk is in your bedroom now lol
I have been using a Fitbit Charge 2 for about 2 years now and I have wanted to upgrade to a Charge 3 for a while now. However today when I went to finally purchase my new Charge 3; they had the Fitbit Versa Lite on for the same price! I love it!
