At 181.2 I am the heaviest I have ever been. Part of the problem is working night shift for 3 years has killed my thyroid making it nearly impossible to lose weight. 2018 will be the year of new starts as I start a new job at a new hospital Jan 22 in neuro critical care. I have never done critical care before, I have been in cardiology for the last 3 years. But I’m excited for my new journey and the fact that it’s dayshift and about the same pay as I make at night at my current hospital.
The benefits of 12 hour day shifts. Move more. Now if I could only lose weight.
All these calories just from cleaning! Broke a sweat trying to vacuum the stupid stairs.

2009 - 134 pounds! This is what I want to get back to!
Found a picture from 2009 when I was 134 pounds. I was 23 at the time and worked out almost every day of the week, I also practiced bikini bodybuilding. Luckily there is such thing as muscle memory so I know my body can get back to this! Definitely some inspiration!
