March 2008 Goals

Here it is the beginning of March and I have been thinking ALOT about my weight l0ss, healthy life style journey. I am *almost* at my 10lb weight loss mark and I feel better then ever. Here are my goals for March.
1. Eat within my calorie range 6 out of 7 days each week, and do not exceed 2000 calories on the 7th day
2. Burn 500 calories 5 out of 7 days each week
3. Finish 100 miles on my virtual trip to MOA
4. Drink 8 glasses of water 6 out of 7 days each week
5. Weight train for 15 minutes atleast twice each week
I want to keep my goals small so that I will stick with them. These are all goals that I have had consistently for the last 2 months, except I am adding the virtual trip, and the weight training this month. wish me luck!!!
