When I am in a slump, someone please remind me about this:
I went swimming today for the third time this week, and when the lap swim time ended I was so sad! I wanted to swim longer, and I had already been swimming for 50 minutes. I felt so great, so light in the water, and I knew I had done something really good for me. That motivated me to make good, healthy food choices today.
Today was a great day!
