I am not sure what I am suppose to put in a blog entry but feel I need to put something on my page. I will try to find a recent photo to post on it later then when I start getting closer to my goal I can post updated pictures.
If anyone has any suggestions what else I should put on here please feel free to email me or post to my page.

    Hey there, your blog is your public journal - I like to do a summary of how my day was - what mini goals I've reached today- some people only do weekly or monthly goals to keep track of their weigh ins and other loner-term goals ^..^
