Well, these past two weeks I have lost 4 pounds...averaging 2 POUNDS PER WEEK. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO DO THAT. Since I began my life change almost 3 months ago....I have never lost more than 1 pound in a week. How I done it you may ask. Well, I went over my food journal and noticed these past two weeks I have not been eating pepperjack cheese (which I actually did sware off b/c I was eating 2-4 slices per day w/ 6 grams of fat per slice) and lunch meat ham. Now, the lunch meat ham was a great food. 70 cals for 4-5 slices of ham and the fat was below 6 grams per serving. BUT THERE IT IS IN BLACK AND WHITE. I have actually been either in range or below on my fat intake, which I have not been able to do since I first started getting rid of excess pounds. My carbs were in range, protein in range, cals in range, but FAT wasn't. I have learned by keeping the fat in range or below keeps the weight coming off. DUH!!!! In my ham and cheese phase I could bearly stay in my fat range. Most days I would exceed it. Before, I felt like I could not live w/out my pepperjack cheese but now there is no way it's coming into my house...unless it's occassionally on a subway 6 inch sub. I'M SOO HAPPY. I might actually get below 170 for my friends wedding...TWO MORE WEEKS!!!
