Simple Goals for now

Well, this is the beginning a new me!! I decided that it was time to get real and do what is needed to get myself feeling and looking better.
This week, I will:
***MAKE SURE I DRINK MY 8 CUPS OF WATER
***START DOING SOME TYPE OF CARDIO EXERCISES
***KEEP A POSTIVE ATTITUDE NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS
There it is, my goals for the week. They may not sound like much, but for me, they are a big beginning!
